9.Sales and Product Purchase Terms

Order Agreement

By placing an order with Roopkriti Boutique, the customer ("Buyer") agrees to purchase the selected goods as described during checkout, subject to these terms.


 Purchase Price & Payment

  •  The Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase amount as displayed on the checkout page.
  •  Payment must be made by the due date.
  •  Roopkriti Boutique may recover collection costs, including legal fees, in case of nonpayment

 Delivery Policy

 Delivery dates are estimates and subject to our shipping policy.
 We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
 All products are packaged according to standard practices unless otherwise specified.

 

Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Roopkriti Boutique disclaims all warranties regarding the quality or suitability of products unless explicitly mentioned. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the products, including but not limited to:

  •  Lost profits or business opportunities.

In no case will Roopkriti’s liability exceed the original purchase price.



Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery under these conditions:

1. Product is defective or damaged.
2. Wrong product was delivered.
3. Product must be unused, with tags intact and no signs of wear, perfume, or damage.

  •  No Exchange will be permitted for dissatisfaction regarding color, size, or quality.


 Refunds will not be provided in cash. Instead, a Gift Card will be issued, valid for 6 months, which can be used for future purchases on the Roopkriti Boutique website.


 Important Notes

  •  Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography lighting.
  •  Customers are advised to wash delicate fabrics separately and avoid harsh detergents to maintain their quality.

Force Majeure
Roopkriti Boutique is not liable for delays or nonperformance caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

10.Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor calibration and lighting, the product color you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual item.

This agreement cannot be transferred without Roopkriti Boutique's consent.
Any conflicting terms in other agreements are void unless approved in writing.
If a part of these terms is deemed illegal, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
