1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends ( except Saturday ) or holidays. Once we receive your order will be shipped to your deliver address with in the 5-7 no of days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to check your package's progress.

3. Damages and Lost Packages
Roopkriti boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
